About Us
Ptarmigan Park is a covenant controlled residential community in Aurora, Colorado. It is located near I-225 and Parker at the NE corner of Peoria and Yale. The Homeowner's Association was incorporated in 1977. There are 198 homes in the community, initially developed by Sandpiper Homes and later finished by Richmond Homes.

Ptarmigan Park is in the Cherry Creek Schools district, considered one of the top districts in the state.
We take pride in maintaining our community. Improvements and upkeep are done in accordance with architectural guidelines administered by home owners who share a pride in our neighborhood.
